Shipping and returns
(1) Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only via standard Australia post.All shipping costs are devised regarding the weight of the item, amount of packaging required and handling charges. This is an untracked postage service – if you would like to have your parcel sent via a tracked or express service, please email knot and feather
Knot and feather makes every practical effort to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate (currently 2 - 5 working days). However the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock is available pending previous orders and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold knot and feather liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out, of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following:
- Order processing will not commence until payment has been authorised
- Please allow at least 1-2 days handling time before your order is dispatched. Wherever possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
- Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
- Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and knot and feather will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
- Please be sure to provide an address THAT will be attended when delivery occurs, but in the event of the shipping address being unattended, knot and feather reserves the right to leave the parcel at the delivery address without requiring signature.
(2) Returns
Returns via mail only. We cannot refund for change of mind due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our items. In the event of a broken or damaged product, please send images to [email protected], if this is approved please forward to:72 Chadderton Street

A refund or replacement will then be issued as per the agreement between both parties.We check all items thoroughly before shipping to ensure their quality. In the event that you do not receive your item, please contact us within 10 days after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund for any problems with your purchase or delivery issues.
You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returns. We must advise that there are no returns on sale items.
